This official Mega Man pin was designed by Jon Kay and Ian Wilding and opens to reveal Dr. Wily. It measures approximately 1.4 inches wide. Snaps into position when up and down with magnets.

If it were 14 inches wide Dr. Wily's eyebrows would move up and down, too, but unfortunately that kind of miniaturization technology is currently only available to mad scientists.
